A servant follower of Christ, Apostle Rawls has experienced spectacular miracles, personally and within his sphere of influence. Promoting unity and oneness in the body of Christ is the inspiration for numerous publications that he has written. Some of his publications include "The Perfect Thinker", "Committed Love," "The Maturing Thinker", "The Marriage Wheel", and "The Seven Steps". Several
publications are pending being published.

Apostle Rawls contributes significantly to his local community. community Local Summer Youth Ministry.

He credits his spiritual anointing to God and acknowledges the mentoring received from his beloved and influential mentors, the late Bishop Moses Gibson, the late Presider Samuel Brown, Jr., the Executive Staff of Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ, and other Spiritual Leaders as pivotal in his growth and service.

Apostle Rawls holds a Doctorate in Theology. A strong advocate of education, he and his wife sponsor youth through annual scholarship stipends and mentor them toward their career and educational goals. Apostle Rawls deems himself a learner and teacher. He is evolving as he continues his upward calling of God in Christ as directed by the Holy Spirit.

He is married to Dr. Ora Rawls, and together they have four children, three daughters and one son (Angelique, Demetria, Teshanda, and Langston). His Mantra is summarized in Luke 4:18-19, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord."
