Georgia
Atlanta, Georgia
The Right Rev. Julian Guy Carter is the District Apostle of the Sixth District East of Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ. His jurisdiction includes the state of Georgia.
Apostle Carter became affiliated with Triumph Church in 1968. After serving as a lay member, he was promoted to Manager in his local church. He was appointed an Advanced School of Wisdom Teacher for the Children's Church shortly afterward.
In February of 1970, he became licensed as a Local Minister. He continued teaching Advanced School of Wisdom to the children and helped manage the local church. While serving within his local church, in 1972, Apostle Carter became ordained as an Elder in Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ. During this time, he was appointed as the official chauffeur for Archbishop D. H. Harris. The latter is a responsibility that he enjoyed and cherished very much.
Apostle Carter’s ascension through the Ecclesiastical ranks includes his appointment as Shepherd in Fulton County, GA. His subsequent work was to County Prince in 1989. He was appointed as State Prince of Georgia and Virginia some years later. On the organization's national level, Apostle Carter has also served as an instructor in the Schools of Prophets and has served on several committees and boards to assist with the building of the Triumphant Kingdom. He has performed internationally and was the Foreign Missions Elder to Liberia, Africa.
In July of 2007, upon completing the course of study for ascension into the Apostleship, he was conferred as Apostle Elect. He was appointed Apostle of the Sixth District East in December of the same year. He operated as Chairman of the National Executive Staff until July 2021. He steadfastly remains a member and a continual teacher of the Everlasting Gospel.
One of Apostle Carter's favorite scriptures is Revelations 4:6
“And before the throne, there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.” KJV
