The Right Reverend Medoria L. Burks is the presiding District Apostle of the Sixth District of Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ. Her jurisdiction consists of Central Alabama, Tennessee, and South Florida.

She has served as a local church Manager, a teacher in Advanced Schools of Wisdom (ASOW), County Presider, and District Evangelist. She was also a member of the Constitution Committee, District Security Board, and District Music Board.
Her humble and early beginnings are attributed to her church upbringing at the Church of Jesus (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW), the teachings of Dr. Johnny James, and her Pastor, Bishop Cecil A. Pratt. She became acquainted with Triumph the Church and Kingdom of God in Christ through Dr. Lydia Goodin, host of the 2007 Stellar Award-winning station, AM 1490 WMBM, in Miami, Florida.
Pursuing a deeper understanding, she discovered higher dimensions of truth through her Shepherd, Presider Lorine J. Webb. In addition, a few notable Triumphians were her mentors: Rev. E. Bernice Coleman Harris, Apostle R. L. Redding, Apostle R. L. Whittiker, Apostle Zephaniah Swindle, and Dr. Nathaniel Pollard, Jr. She is thankful for her journey in this great overcoming system.
She is a retired soldier of the U. S. military, a member of the Disabled Veterans Association, the NAACP, Alpha Chi National College Honor Society, and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She holds a BA in Sociology from Talladega College and an MA in Urban Ministries Studies from Martin University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Pastoral Counselling with an ABD status. She is the Executive Director of Isaiah's House Food Ministry and a board member of Ribbon of Hope, a not-for-profit healthcare system.
She was married to the Late Robin B. Burks, Sr., and to that union were five children born, two sons and three daughters (Robin, Shawn, Catrina, Latonia, and Tasha). She is the grandmother of twenty (20) grandchildren, four (4) great-grandchildren, and still counting.
